3-Tier Training Program

We provide comprehensive training covering public relations, threat identification, weapons recognition, suspicious activity detection, and proper documentation practices.

Basic Guarding Training

100 hours of classroom training spread across 15 days covering fundamental security practices, public relations, threat identification, and documentation.

Industry Specific Training

60 hours of on-the-job training spread across 5 days, tailored to specific industry requirements and operational contexts.

Site Specific Training

Customized training focused on site-specific protocols, client requirements, and ongoing skill development through regular refresher courses.

Ongoing Training & Development

We provide regular customized training (basic & refresher training) to ensure continuous skill-set upgradation of front-line staff. Our comprehensive program includes post-deployment monitoring, periodic audits, and refresher training sessions to maintain the highest standards of security service delivery.
